Our Terms & Conditions
- The turnaround time for an estimate is usually within 2 to 3 business days on average after you accept the quote and make the payment. There can be a delay of a few hours to days depending on the scope of the project and the complexity of the job.
- We utilize Online Payments to secure the privacy of your financial information so that you can comfortably pay via your Credit Card or Debit Card or PayPal. After receiving your plans and analyzing your project specifications, we send a quote comprising the Invoice and delivery date. If you accept the quote, you can simply pay through your mobile phone, or desktop or call us.
- Estimating 360 LLC is not liable if in case a Contractor misses the opportunity to file the bid on time. Whatever the reason may be, no refund can be made after the delivery of the estimate. The refund is only applicable if the estimate is cancelled within 2 hours of payment. Otherwise, our team start working on the project and no refund can be made.
- We urge our clients to inform us if they prefer that the information provided by them remain confidential, we prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement approved by both parties. Otherwise, Estimating 360 LLC. has the right to use the information for marketing incentives like testimonials, person name, company name, company logo, project name, cost estimate, drawing plans, etc.
- We do not offer additional insurance or financial guarantees or warranties because our estimates are designed to be the guidelines to help you with final pricing and are strictly not intended to be final pricing. We employ RSMeans for obtaining zip code-based material and labor pricing but price fluctuations are expected based on various contractors, installers, regions, vendors, etc. However, we are always available to review, make adjustments, clarify any questions you may have, and work together on finalizing your pricing.
